As a core initial team member of an innovative AI+Web3 project, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of decentralized technologies. This position offers the unique opportunity to collaborate directly with the founder on strategic development while driving tangible project implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the founding team to develop comprehensive project strategies and meticulously track implementation progress
- Design and optimize cryptocurrency token economic models through multi-dimensional analysis and strategic planning
- Represent the project as a technical evangelist within the AI+Web3 community, effectively communicating product vision and value propositions
- Conduct in-depth research on AI+Web3 ecosystem development trends to inform strategic decisions
- Lead and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives including brand development, ecosystem partnerships, and user acquisition strategies
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in Web3 project development with deep understanding of blockchain technologies
- Expertise in designing and implementing cryptocurrency tokenomics models
- Strong community engagement skills with ability to represent projects at industry events
- Comprehensive knowledge of AI technology trends and their intersection with decentralized systems
- Demonstrated success in driving marketing strategies and user growth in tech startups
