Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Community and Content Specialist. This role involves managing and growing our presence across various social media platforms, with a focus on Web3 and AI communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for product promotion, content planning, and community interaction for domestic and foreign media platforms including Twitter, Telegram, and Xiaohongshu
- Independently create and publish engaging content for national clubs and various community groups
- Stay at the forefront of Web3/AI trends and incorporate relevant topics into content strategy
- Actively participate in team discussions and brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas for content creation and community operations
- Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics to optimize content performance
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience operating Xiaohongshu, TikTok, and Instagram accounts is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of Web3 and AI technologies and communities
- Excellent written communication skills in both Chinese and English
- Creative mindset with ability to generate engaging content ideas
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
