Job Description
This role is responsible for driving community engagement, growth, and advocacy for our platform. You will develop strategies to attract developers, node operators, and end users while fostering a vibrant and inclusive community ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Community Strategy and Growth
- Define and implement programs to attract developers, node operators, and end users
- Set community growth targets and measure against key metrics
- Channel Management
- Oversee day-to-day engagement on Discord, Telegram, X and relevant forums
- Moderate discussions, answer questions, and foster a welcoming environment
- Content & Events
- Coordinate AMAs, hackathons, office hours, and meetups to showcase our tech
- Collaborate with marketing to produce tutorials, blog posts, and social assets that explain consensus, cryptography, and performance optimizations
- Feedback & Advocacy
- Collect community feedback and insights to inform product roadmaps
- Champion community needs internally and help shape our developer experience
- Partnerships & Ambassadors
- Identify and onboard community advocates and ecosystem partners
- Forge relationships with other projects, infrastructure providers, and others in the industry
Job Requirements
- 3+ years experience in community management, preferably in blockchain/Web3
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and developer ecosystems
- Excellent communication skills across multiple platforms (Discord, Telegram, forums)
- Proven ability to organize and execute community events and content programs
- Experience with community analytics and growth metrics
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams
- Passion for building inclusive communities and fostering engagement
