Job Description
Cipher Dance is seeking a Web3 Marketing & Community Lead to spearhead the community-building efforts. We need an individual with an intuition for creating and scaling vibrant Web3 communities and a track record of building communities for successful Token and/or NFT projects. Ideally, you already have a relevant following.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Telegram groups, Discord servers, and other online communities (Experience in building communities from the ground up is a plus).
- Create engaging English content, including translations, social posts, articles, guides, etc to educate and excite the community.
- Monitor English-speaking community conversations and moderate based on guidelines. Remove spam, ban violators, and flag any concerning content.
- Respond to community questions and concerns from the audience in a timely and thoughtful manner. Escalate to the team where needed.
- Identify and collaborate with ambassadors or moderators to grow the community.
- Gather insights into interests, concerns, and needs of the English speaking community members to inform content and community strategy.
- Broadcast company blogs, articles, and marketing promotions to support community growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in Web3 community management and marketing.
- Strong understanding of blockchain, NFTs, and decentralized technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative mindset with a passion for engaging and growing online communities.
