Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Creating memes and content (video, written) that feel native, funny, and aligned with what we’re building.
• Owning our Discord and maintaining a thriving community that serves as a hub for developers and users.
• Identifying relevant external communities for cross-collaborations, contests, and activations.
• Turning community insights into real feedback that gets shared internally with the rest of the team.
• Being a face of Sunrise, someone our community knows, trusts, and wants to hear from.
• Tracking community metrics and providing regular reports on community health and engagement.
• Identifying and nurturing community champions and advocates.
• Organizing virtual and in-person community events to drive deeper connections with the community.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in community management or content creation.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Discord.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze community metrics and derive actionable insights.
• Creative mindset with a knack for humor and engaging content.
• Experience in organizing events, both virtual and in-person.
• Passion for building and nurturing online communities.
