Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Community Operations Assistant to support our team in managing the community operations for a top Telegram mini APP project with millions of users. This role involves hands-on community management, engagement with overseas communities, and collaboration on project milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the team in managing the community operations of the top Telegram mini APP project, including executing community management strategies and engaging with overseas communities.
- Understand and align with project milestones, helping the team develop and implement community activity plans.
- Support the team in building and maintaining relationships with overseas communities, users, and channels to establish a strong community network within the Telegram ecosystem.
- Compile weekly community data reports, track trends, and learn to analyze insights to improve community engagement.
Job Requirements
- Strong interest in community management and engagement, preferably with experience in Telegram or similar platforms.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and adapt to project milestones.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in engaging with diverse, international communities.
- Basic analytical skills to compile data and report on community trends.
- Availability to work on-site at least 4 days a week (remote work is not supported).
