Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Community and Social Media Manager to oversee the construction, operation, maintenance, and management of our community and social media accounts. This role involves monitoring market feedback, improving community engagement, and ensuring a positive online presence for our company projects.
Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the construction, operation, maintenance, and management of community and social media accounts.
  • Monitor market feedback related to company projects in overseas communities and social media, report relevant behaviors in a timely manner, and propose planning solutions.
  • Monitor and improve community activity indicators, responsible for growth and activity.
  • Analyze data, evaluate the effectiveness of community operations, and propose optimization suggestions.
  • Minimize PR and other risks on social media to the greatest extent possible.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in community management and social media operations.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and propose optimizations.
  • Ability to monitor and mitigate PR risks on social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Experience in handling overseas communities is a plus.
