Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, producing, and publishing multimedia content (including graphics and short videos) to support content growth and user engagement.
- Participate in content ideation, script organization, video shooting, and basic editing to enhance content performance and dissemination efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze basic content performance metrics to derive actionable insights.
- Collaborate with creators or partners to coordinate daily content tasks and execution details.
- Stay updated on content platform trends, short video formats, and creator ecosystems, providing actionable recommendations.
Job Requirements
- Recent graduates or current students; preference given to those with experience in content creation, video production, or new media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese for daily work coordination.
- Strong content sensibility and familiarity with mainstream platforms and dissemination strategies.
- Comfortable appearing on camera or producing video content; basic editing skills are a plus.
- Highly proactive with strong execution, fast learning ability, and effective time management.
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills to interact smoothly with diverse creators.
- Interest in crypto, Web3, or the creator economy is preferred.
