Job Description
We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Developer to shape and amplify the voice of Chaos Labs across various platforms. This role involves crafting compelling narratives about DeFi risk management while establishing our brand as an industry thought leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, develop, and refine Chaos Labs' core brand voice and identity across multiple communication channels
- Create clear, concise, and engaging professional content about DeFi risk (articles, reports, blogs, social media posts)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce content that aligns with business objectives
- Develop comprehensive content strategies to position Chaos Labs as an industry authority
- Enhance brand visibility through media partnerships and conference participation
- Manage and grow our social media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
Additional Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will continuously monitor industry trends to identify content opportunities, analyze content performance metrics, and adapt strategies accordingly. You'll serve as the bridge between technical DeFi concepts and our target audience's understanding, requiring both deep industry knowledge and exceptional communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in content creation for fintech/blockchain/DeFi sectors
- Proven track record of developing successful thought leadership content
- Strong understanding of risk management concepts in decentralized finance
- Experience managing professional social media accounts
- Ability to translate complex technical topics into accessible content
- Excellent project management and cross-team collaboration skills
