Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Building and operating social platforms such as Telegram/Discord/X, developing and implementing cold start strategies.
• Planning the pace of content, writing, reviewing, and publishing social media content to enhance the quality and popularity of dissemination.
• Designing and optimizing user growth paths, and efficiently attracting traffic through forms such as memes and hotspots.
• Leading the construction of the community from scratch, including channel planning, permission management, and incentive mechanism design.
• Assisting in project collaboration and coordination plans, developing communication rhythm, visual language, and collaboration strategies.
• If resources are available, importing your own TG community and KOL network to participate in resource exchange and collaborative dissemination.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management and community building, preferably in the blockchain or tech industry.
• Strong understanding of on-chain growth strategies and community engagement techniques.
• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills, with the ability to craft engaging and viral content.
• Ability to develop and execute cold start strategies for new communities.
• Experience with Telegram, Discord, and other social media platforms.
• Strong project management and coordination skills to handle multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• Creative mindset with the ability to leverage memes, trends, and hotspots for traffic growth.
• Existing network of KOLs and communities is a plus.
