We are seeking a YouTube Personal IP Incubation Specialist with MCN agency background to build influential trading-focused personal IPs from scratch. This role requires mature IP incubation methodologies and extensive experience in operating viral YouTube content, establishing sustainable content production systems, and achieving rapid account growth.
Key Responsibilities
- IP Incubation: Establish systematic personal IP incubation processes including persona positioning, content planning, and visual design
- Develop differentiated IP competition strategies through competitor analysis and market positioning
- Create replicable IP incubation SOPs and evaluation systems
- Content Operations: Lead YouTube account content strategy formulation and execution
- Establish hot topic response mechanisms and viral content production processes
- Optimize content production chains to improve output efficiency and quality
- Traffic Growth & Monetization: Develop and execute YouTube platform growth strategies
- Monitor and analyze content data for continuous operational optimization
- Design diversified commercialization paths to enhance IP monetization
- Team Management: Build and manage content creation teams
- Set team KPIs and performance evaluation standards
- Develop and enhance team members' professional capabilities
Job Requirements
- Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above (Marketing/Media preferred)
- 5+ years digital content operation experience, 3+ years MCN/IP incubation experience
- Fluent English for business communication
- Professional Skills: Mastery of YouTube platform rules and algorithm mechanisms
- Proven personal IP incubation methodologies with successful cases
- Understanding of financial/trading content characteristics and operation rules
