Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development of our Agent to Agent payment infrastructure. This role involves conceptualizing innovative products, designing robust system architectures, and implementing secure smart contract systems. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of decentralized payment solutions while working closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in product conceptualization and define the system architecture for Agent to Agent payment infrastructure
- Design core contract systems including Superfluid protocols, task settlement mechanisms, and contract security frameworks
- Build and manage a high-performing development team, establishing effective development iteration processes
- Implement technical review mechanisms to ensure code quality and system reliability
- Evaluate, select and deploy AI Agent frameworks such as LangChain/AutoGPT
- Drive the development of on-chain wallet systems, identity verification solutions, and call tracking mechanisms
- Establish robust billing and payment infrastructure for seamless transactions
- Ensure system security, stability and scalability through rigorous testing and optimization
- Collaborate closely with product and business teams to align technical implementation with product vision
- Present technical demonstrations and explanations to investors and technical partners
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in blockchain development with expertise in smart contract design
- Proven track record in building and leading technical teams
- Deep understanding of decentralized payment systems and protocols
- Experience with AI Agent frameworks and their integration with blockchain systems
- Strong knowledge of security best practices for smart contracts and distributed systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to architect complex systems
- Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- Passion for blockchain technology and decentralized finance solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Superfluid protocols or similar payment streaming solutions
- Background in developing identity management systems on blockchain
- Contributions to open-source blockchain projects
- Familiarity with zero-knowledge proofs and privacy-preserving technologies
