Job Description
We are seeking an experienced actuary to join our team and contribute to the development and optimization of a decentralized on-chain market cap exchange. This platform will utilize the Automated Market Maker (AMM) algorithm, and you will play a key role in designing and optimizing market positions to ensure fairness, liquidity, and user engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize models for the sports market to ensure fairness and attractiveness of the market.
- Collaborate with the blockchain development team to ensure the AMM algorithm accurately reflects market risks and odds.
- Analyze and interpret sports event data to inform market strategies.
- Research and implement risk management strategies to ensure platform sustainability and profitability.
- Monitor market dynamics and quickly respond to changes by adjusting odds strategies.
- Develop and maintain mathematical models to improve pricing efficiency of stocks.
- Provide detailed market analysis reports and recommendations to support platform strategy decisions.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an actuary, preferably in financial or sports markets.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized finance (DeFi) concepts.
- Expertise in mathematical modeling and statistical analysis.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with risk management strategies and market dynamics.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
