Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed market research to uncover industry challenges and strategic opportunities, translating findings into structured reports for decision-making.
• Execute data analysis projects to support business strategy development, including designing data panels for partners and tracking performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data insights with business objectives, optimizing workflows and identifying growth pathways.
• Monitor evolving trends in the blockchain space through data visualization and statistical modeling, delivering predictive analytics to guide business direction.
• Develop and maintain data frameworks that enable efficient business tracking, process optimization, and long-term strategic planning.
• Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear, concise presentations and actionable recommendations.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within the blockchain or Web3 industry, with a strong track record of delivering research outputs.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, SQL, Excel) and familiarity with blockchain-specific technologies (e.g., smart contracts, decentralized systems).
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex datasets, identify patterns, and derive meaningful business insights from raw data.
• Strong communication abilities to present findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and impact.
