Data Analyst at Step Finance

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Growth team to perform data analysis for reports, social media, and other key stakeholders
• Develop custom charts and graphics based on original data analysis that you will own and maintain
• Manage the Step Data Insights social media accounts to engage with our audience
• Own the end-to-end process of creating and distributing quarterly Solana ecosystem data reports
• Own the end-to-end process of creating and distributing Weekly Step Data Insights Newsletters
• Work with the Growth team to identify innovative ways to expand our data distribution channels

Job Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and visualization
• Proficiency in creating custom charts and graphics for reports
• Experience managing social media accounts, preferably in a data-driven context
• Ability to own and manage end-to-end reporting processes
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Creative mindset to identify new opportunities for data distribution

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with blockchain or cryptocurrency data (Solana ecosystem knowledge is a plus)
• Familiarity with newsletter creation and distribution tools
• Background in growth marketing or data-driven decision-making
