Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Growth team. This role will focus on data analysis, reporting, and social media management to support key stakeholders and enhance our data distribution strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Growth team to perform data analysis for reports, social media, and other key stakeholders
- Develop custom charts and graphics based on original data analysis that you will own and maintain
- Manage the Step Data Insights social media accounts to engage with our audience
- Own the end-to-end process of creating and distributing quarterly Solana ecosystem data reports
- Own the end-to-end process of creating and distributing Weekly Step Data Insights Newsletters
- Work with the Growth team to identify innovative ways to expand our data distribution channels
Job Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and visualization
- Proficiency in creating custom charts and graphics for reports
- Experience managing social media accounts, preferably in a data-driven context
- Ability to own and manage end-to-end reporting processes
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Creative mindset to identify new opportunities for data distribution
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with blockchain or cryptocurrency data (Solana ecosystem knowledge is a plus)
- Familiarity with newsletter creation and distribution tools
- Background in growth marketing or data-driven decision-making
