Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Developer Relations & Growth Manager to drive engagement, adoption, and growth for Cudo Compute & Cudos. This role involves acting as the face of our platform to developers, Web3 builders, and AI/ML researchers, while implementing strategic initiatives to expand our reach and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Developer Engagement & Advocacy
- Act as the primary representative of Cudo Compute & Cudos to developers, Web3 builders, and AI/ML researchers.
- Develop and manage technical content, including tutorials, blogs, and documentation, to drive platform adoption.
- Engage with developer communities through platforms like GitHub, Discord, and industry conferences.
- Growth Marketing & Adoption
- Launch growth experiments, SEO strategies, and community-driven initiatives to increase adoption.
- Implement referral programs, incentives, and hackathons to attract and retain developers.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to create targeted campaigns for Web3 and AI Compute segments.
- Partnership & Influencer Marketing
- Build and maintain relationships with Web3 and AI influencers to promote Compute & Web3 infrastructure.
- Partner with key organizations like Fetch.ai, NVIDIA, ASI, and AI research groups to expand reach.
- Leverage third-party API integrations to drive adoption and enhance product stickiness.
- Data-Driven Execution
- Utilize analytics tools to track developer engagement and adoption metrics.
- Work with CRM and sales teams to optimize onboarding, activation, and retention processes.
- Identify and monitor key metrics for developer success and growth.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in developer relations, growth marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Web3, AI/ML, and developer ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and community engagement skills.
- Ability to create compelling technical content and marketing campaigns.
- Experience with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales optimization strategies.
