Job Description
As a Growth Engineer at Caldera, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our platform and the developer community. You will be the primary point of contact for teams building on Caldera, ensuring seamless integration and fostering strong relationships with our users.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the go-to person for the teams building on Caldera, owning the relationship between Caldera and our users.
- Interface with developers in the blockchain developer ecosystem and beyond, motivating them to build with Caldera.
- Assist existing customers in integrating Caldera into their stack and onboard new users onto Caldera rollups.
- Create engaging content, including written articles, code samples, and demo apps, to showcase Caldera's product features.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, file bugs, and collaborate with the development team to resolve and verify fixes.
- Attend and organize meetups, conferences, and hackathons to promote Caldera and engage with the developer community.
Job Requirements
- Strong technical background with experience in blockchain development or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with developers and users.
- Proven ability to create technical content and demos that highlight product features.
- Experience in troubleshooting technical issues and collaborating with development teams.
- Willingness to travel and attend industry events to represent Caldera.
- Passion for blockchain technology and a deep understanding of the developer ecosystem.
