Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Head of Developer Relations (DevRel) to lead our blockchain technology initiatives. This role focuses on architecting and developing a high-performance blockchain client architecture for our execution layer, which is based on Tendermint while ensuring compatibility with the Cosmos-SDK.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a highly performant blockchain client architecture for our execution layer
- Ensure compatibility with Cosmos-SDK while working with Tendermint-based systems
- Lead developer relations efforts and build strong relationships with the developer community
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize blockchain performance and scalability
- Develop technical documentation, tutorials, and educational materials for developers
- Represent the company at conferences, meetups, and other developer-focused events
Job Requirements
- Extensive experience in blockchain architecture and development
- Deep understanding of Tendermint and Cosmos-SDK ecosystems
- Proven track record in developer relations or technical advocacy roles
- Strong technical writing and presentation skills
- Experience with performance optimization in distributed systems
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
