The role involves troubleshooting complex K8S issues, managing clusters, and implementing best practices for application deployment and monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain K8S environments, resolving complex technical issues in various scenarios.
- Manage K8S clusters, including MASTER components, network solutions (e.g., flannel, Calico), and storage components (e.g., ceph), ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Develop and enforce standards for application deployment, scheduling, anti-affinity, self-healing, resource isolation, and image optimization on K8S.
- Enhance K8S monitoring systems and establish high-availability solutions, disaster recovery mechanisms, and regular testing procedures.
- Research and integrate new K8S-related technologies to improve platform stability, security, and usability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT projects and product solutions with K8S environments.
Job Requirements

- Strong grasp of networking fundamentals, TCP/IP protocols, and container networking principles.
- Proficiency in cloud-native monitoring tools like Prometheus for K8S cluster oversight and alert management.
- Programming skills in Bash, Python, or Go; prior DevOps development experience is advantageous.
- Experience managing K8S clusters on Alibaba Cloud or Huawei Cloud is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git) and automated DevOps workflows for build, deployment, and configuration management.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
