Job Description
We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Public Chain Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing various online operation activities to drive engagement and growth within our public chain ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and plan public chain online operation activities
- Plan global hardware node incentive programs and supplier collaborations
- Operate grow user-base systems to expand community reach
- Manage community governance and execute ecosystem proposals
- Build KOL networks and operate developer engagement activities
- Monitor on-chain data and formulate growth strategies
Additional Responsibilities
The successful candidate will also be expected to analyze market trends, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and continuously optimize operational strategies to enhance user experience and ecosystem development. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our public chain platform through innovative operational approaches.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in blockchain operations or related field
- Strong understanding of public chain ecosystems
