Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Ecosystem Lead (Overseas Markets, AMER and EMEA) to join our remote-first team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the Web3 ecosystem, leveraging their expertise in crypto and decentralized finance (DeFi). This position requires a strategic thinker with strong sales acumen and the ability to build lasting partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify target markets, segments, and key accounts for prioritization.
  • Set sales goals, objectives, and track progress through OKRs.
  • Represent the company at international events to drive user and partnership acquisition.
  • Collaborate with operations, product, and marketing teams to align sales strategies.
  • Actively prospect clients, partners, and users in the Web3 space.
  • Build a strong pipeline and maintain relationships for long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Leverage networks in the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East for business opportunities.
Job Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in the crypto industry, with a strong understanding of Web3 ecosystems.
  • Excellent sales and communication skills, with a proven track record in business development.
  • Established network in the DeFi space, with connections to key stakeholders and influencers.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment while collaborating with global teams.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for events and client meetings.
  • Passion for blockchain technology and decentralized finance.
