Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive community, social media, and market growth strategies that align with the overall project vision and objectives.
• Manage and operate online communities, including daily maintenance of user groups, planning and executing engaging events, and collecting/processing user feedback to improve community experience.
• Oversee social media account operations and content planning to enhance brand visibility, increase user interaction rates, and foster meaningful connections with our audience.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to monitor industry trends and competitor activities, adjusting growth strategies as needed to maintain the project's competitive edge.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, technical, and marketing) to ensure seamless implementation and continuous optimization of growth initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in community management, social media marketing, or growth strategy development, preferably in the Web3/blockchain space.
• Strong understanding of Web3 technologies, decentralized communities, and crypto market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse community members.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative growth strategies and compelling content.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to measure performance and optimize strategies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapidly changing market conditions.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
