Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Public Chain Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and engagement of our public chain ecosystem through strategic planning and execution of various operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and plan public chain online operation activities to enhance user engagement and ecosystem growth
- Plan global hardware node incentive programs and establish collaborations with suppliers to expand network participation
- Operate user-base growth systems to attract and retain active participants in the ecosystem
- Manage community governance mechanisms and facilitate the execution of ecosystem proposals
- Build and maintain KOL networks to amplify project visibility and credibility
- Organize and execute developer engagement activities to foster technical community growth
- Monitor and analyze on-chain data to identify trends and formulate data-driven growth strategies
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in blockchain operations, preferably in public chain ecosystems
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized governance models
- Experience in planning and executing online marketing campaigns and community initiatives
- Ability to analyze on-chain data and derive actionable insights
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with various stakeholders
- Familiarity with hardware node operations and incentive mechanisms is a plus
- Fluency in English and Chinese for effective global community management
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
