Job Description
Responsible for the comprehensive planning, execution, and optimization of online trading activities and themed events, including holiday promotions. This role requires continuous improvement of standard operating procedures (SOP), activity execution standards, and template systems to ensure operational efficiency and consistency. The candidate will also focus on developing innovative activity formats through competitor analysis, user research, and creative gameplay design, while maintaining a balance between diversity and effectiveness in engagement strategies. Additionally, the position involves monitoring industry user trends, identifying emerging hot topics, and aligning activity planning with product features to create targeted promotional campaigns. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle management of online trading activities and themed events, ensuring alignment with business goals and user acquisition targets.
