What We Do

• Discover high-performing trading accounts (smart money)
• Analyze their behavioral patterns and strategic logic
• Transform them into trackable strategy signals
• Ultimately build: An on-chain "Strategy Bloomberg + Copy Trading Signal System"

Key Responsibilities

• Smart Strategy Discovery
  • Build an on-chain high-quality trading account identification system
  • Filter "smart strategies" based on profit structure, drawdowns, and behavioral patterns
  • Eliminate noise accounts (luck-based/high-frequency noise/abnormal behavior)
  • Establish a strategy account profiling system
• Strategy Research & Modeling
  • Study different strategy behavior patterns (trend/scalping/arbitrage/event-driven)
  • Build strategy behavior modeling and review frameworks
  • Track key account behavior changes and risk signals
  • Validate strategy reproducibility
• Trading & Strategy Validation
  • Participate in real-market strategy validation
  • Optimize models through data analysis and live trading feedback
  • Capture sustainable alpha structures
• Product Building
  • Productize strategy research results (leaderboard/smart money feed/copy signals)
  • Optimize the path from on-chain data to user understanding
  • Build strategy visualization and copy trading experience

Ideal Candidate

• Has real trading experience (preferably crypto perpetual/derivatives)
• Proficient with on-chain data/Dune/SQL/Python
• Understands market behavior structures
• Strong strategy abstraction capabilities
• Not just "someone who makes money" but "someone who knows why they make money"
