Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research and analysis of financial data in blockchain projects
• Prepare detailed analysis reports to support decision-making processes
• Develop and maintain financial models for project products
• Collaborate closely with R&D and product teams to ensure stable project implementation and operation
• Monitor project implementation progress and track business performance metrics
• Analyze business profitability and identify potential risks
• Continuously optimize and iterate projects based on analytical findings
• Assist in developing risk control systems and frameworks
• Build risk prevention and control models with relevant indicators
• Contribute to the improvement of overall risk management systems

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in blockchain or fintech
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of risk management principles and practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Professional certifications such as CFA or FRM
• Experience with smart contracts and decentralized finance (DeFi)
• Programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages
• Experience with data visualization tools
