This position is focused on the strategic planning and development of blockchain-based gaming projects within the GameFi ecosystem. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the numerical framework for core game systems, including combat, growth, and economic systems, ensuring balance and sustainability.
- Design and configure numerical tables for game mechanics, conduct rigorous testing, and make necessary adjustments to optimize gameplay.
- Create resource consumption models that align with the game's economic goals and player engagement strategies.
- Analyze game data systematically to identify imbalances, trends, and areas for improvement, and implement adjustments to enhance game stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure numerical systems integrate seamlessly with game design, user experience, and blockchain technology.
- Conduct in-depth research on existing game numerical systems, compare their effectiveness, and propose innovative solutions for the GameFi ecosystem.
- Document numerical planning processes, create detailed models based on game design specifications, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of numerical systems post-launch, iterating on improvements to maintain long-term game viability.

Job Requirements
- Proficient in token economics and capable of mastering the economic elements of the GameFi ecosystem, including asset distribution, player incentives, and revenue models.
- Strong analytical skills to assess how GameFi projects balance in-game economies, with a focus on market dynamics, player behavior, and token value retention.
- Experience in building and refining numerical frameworks for blockchain games, particularly in combat systems, growth systems, and economic systems.
- Ability to create, configure, test, and adjust numerical tables to ensure the rationality, balance, and sustainable development of game systems.
- Deep understanding of resource consumption models and their application in game design, including energy, time, and in-game currency management.
- Excellent data analysis capabilities to interpret game metrics, adjust numerical balances, and ensure game stability under varying conditions.
- Proficiency in numerical planning calculations and the ability to develop comprehensive models based on detailed game design plans.
- Self-driven innovator with extensive experience in blockchain gaming, including familiarity with at least two different games and their unique numerical system characteristics.
