Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design and adjust the numerical system of Web3 activity products, including activity points, prize settings at all levels, lottery explosion rate, fission invitation settings, NFT related numerical settings, and overall setting of in-game and on chain assets
• Work closely with the development and design teams to develop numerical design solutions and follow up on their implementation
• Analyze player data and feedback, continuously optimize the numerical systems and economic models of activities and games
• Participate in balance testing between activities and game content, adjust values in a timely manner to respond to player behavior and market changes
• Based on the game's operational strategy, design and adjust the virtual economy system within the game, including currency, props, rewards, etc.
• Create and maintain documentation for numerical planning to ensure understanding and collaboration among team members

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Game Design or related field
• 2+ years of experience in numerical design for games or Web3 products
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret player data and feedback
• Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools
• Understanding of blockchain technology and NFT ecosystems
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for gaming and understanding of game balance principles

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Web3 game development
• Knowledge of smart contracts and on-chain economics
• Familiarity with game development engines like Unity or Unreal
• Previous work on successful game titles or blockchain projects
