Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Game Planner to join our team. You will be responsible for designing and implementing various aspects of the game, including gameplay mechanics, numerical systems, and narrative elements. This role requires a combination of creative thinking and analytical skills to create engaging game experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in game rules discussion on gameplay design and follow up on production
- Write and maintain documents related to each module of the game
- Organize various resources of the game configuration and maintenance
- Establish mathematical models for each numerical module, perform calculations and formula design
- Maintain and adjust each numerical module of the game
- Build a game worldview and develop storyline
- Create dialogue copywriting for props, skill descriptions, and other narrative elements
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in game planning with focus on system, numerical value, and plot design
- Strong understanding of game mechanics and interaction design principles
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills for numerical system design
- Creative writing ability for world-building and narrative development
- Ability to create and maintain comprehensive game design documentation
- Strong organizational skills for resource configuration and management
- Passion for gaming and understanding of player psychology

- Experience with game development tools and engines
