Key Responsibilities
- Actively manage and moderate online communities on platforms like Discord and Telegram, maintaining a safe and inclusive environment for users.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance community participation, including organizing events, creating content, and facilitating discussions.
- Monitor user interactions and address concerns promptly, ensuring alignment with the company's values and mission.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve community tools, features, and overall user experience.
- Provide feedback to the development team based on user behavior and community trends, driving product improvements.
- Support the onboarding of new members, guiding them through the community's guidelines and culture.
- Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, discuss challenges, and contribute to strategic decisions.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in community management or a related field, with a strong understanding of online moderation best practices.
- Deep knowledge of gaming ecosystems, including the ability to quickly analyze and adapt to new game mechanics and trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with diverse user groups and international teams.
- Strong sense of responsibility and patience to handle complex community issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, capable of guiding and motivating teams to achieve common goals and maintain high standards.
- Ability to learn and apply new technologies rapidly, including blockchain tools and web3 platforms.
- Passionate about the web3 industry and cryptocurrency, with a solid grasp of the local market dynamics in Taiwan.
- Fluent English proficiency to communicate seamlessly with global stakeholders and participate in international discussions.
- Preferred familiarity with Discord or Telegram backend systems, including moderation tools and user management features.
Salary and Benefits
Our compensation package includes a competitive monthly salary ranging from 300 to 1500 USDT, with payments made on the 1st of each month. Additional performance-based bonuses will be awarded based on individual contributions and community impact. Successful referrals will earn a reward of 50 USDT, incentivizing collaboration and talent acquisition.
