Job Description

This position requires a creative and detail-oriented designer to collaborate closely with the marketing team in developing innovative design concepts and executing high-quality design projects. The role involves staying current with emerging design trends and techniques, particularly within the rapidly evolving crypto industry, to ensure that all visual outputs remain relevant and competitive. The candidate will also assist in the creation of comprehensive marketing campaigns, including the design of graphics and layouts for various digital assets such as emails, landing pages, social media content, and online advertisements. A key responsibility is to maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines while delivering designs that meet industry best practices for both aesthetics and user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and development to align design projects with business objectives and brand identity
  • Develop and execute visual concepts for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency across all platforms and mediums
  • Conduct research on design trends, user behavior, and industry innovations to inform creative decisions and improve campaign effectiveness
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and final designs for email templates, landing pages, social media graphics, and other digital marketing materials
  • Ensure all design deliverables comply with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and user experience best practices
  • Provide design support for product launches, event promotions, and content marketing initiatives through visual storytelling and branding solutions
  • Collaborate with copywriters and marketers to develop cohesive visual narratives that enhance message clarity and engagement
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas that align with the company's digital marketing strategy and target audience
  • Implement design systems and style guides to maintain visual consistency across all marketing materials and digital platforms
  • Monitor and analyze design performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize visual outcomes
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in graphic design, digital marketing, or related fields with a focus on crypto industry projects
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma for creating and editing visual assets
  • Strong understanding of brand identity principles and ability to maintain consistency across all design deliverables
  • Excellent knowledge of user experience (UX) design fundamentals and how to apply them to digital marketing projects
  • Ability to stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and innovations in the crypto space
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with marketing teams and understand campaign goals
  • Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work that meets brand standards and user expectations
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and landing page builders for creating responsive design layouts
  • Understanding of SEO and accessibility best practices for digital design projects
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality
