Job Description
Seeking a dynamic Graphic Designer to collaborate with the Marketing team in shaping visual strategies that align with the editorial vision and brand identity. The role involves creating and managing a diverse portfolio of visual assets across multiple platforms, including organic and paid social media, email newsletters, on-site imagery, event invitations, and marketing collateral. As a brand guardian, you will ensure visual consistency and coherence across all customer touchpoints and projects, maintaining the brand's integrity in both print and digital formats. This position requires proactive engagement with industry trends, creative innovation, and cross-functional coordination to deliver high-impact design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to develop and implement graphic concepts that align with the editorial vision and brand strategy. This includes brainstorming sessions, concept development, and ensuring that all visual elements are cohesive with the brand's messaging and target audience.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in creating a wide range of visual assets, including high-quality images, engaging videos, motion graphics, illustrations, GIFs, custom graphics, and typography. These assets must consistently reflect the brand's overall image and values, ensuring a unified visual identity across all platforms and materials.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously generate fresh, innovative creative concepts that resonate with the customer base and align with the brand's Target Operating Vision (TOV). This involves researching emerging design trends, analyzing customer preferences, and adapting creative strategies to maintain relevance and engagement.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of graphic design projects, from initial concept development to final delivery. This includes managing design needs for various channels such as organic social media, paid social campaigns, email newsletters, on-site imagery, event invitations, and marketing collateral. Ensure that all deliverables meet the required quality standards and are delivered on time.
  • Serve as the brand guardian, maintaining strict consistency in brand identity across all customer touchpoints and projects. This involves developing brand guidelines, monitoring the use of brand assets, and ensuring that all visual elements adhere to the brand's standards, both in print and digital formats.
  • Facilitate communication between the Marketing and Creative teams to ensure seamless collaboration and timely project completion. This includes coordinating timelines, managing expectations, and resolving any creative or logistical challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Job Requirements
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools for creating high-quality visual assets.
  • Strong understanding of brand identity principles and the ability to maintain visual consistency across all platforms and materials.
  • Excellent time management skills to meet tight deadlines while delivering creative work that aligns with brand objectives.
  • Ability to analyze customer data and market trends to inform design decisions and create content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Knowledge of the Web3 ecosystem and its user priorities to develop engaging content that meets the needs of this niche audience.
  • Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Creative departments.
  • Continuous learning ability to stay updated with industry developments, design technology advancements, and evolving customer preferences.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce visually compelling content that reflects the brand's voice and values.
  • Experience in managing end-to-end design projects, from concept ideation to final execution, with a focus on brand alignment and customer engagement.
  • Ability to adapt creative strategies to different platforms and formats while maintaining a cohesive brand image across all touchpoints.
