Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop the company's Web3 brand, derivative IPs, and distinctive operational and promotional materials.
• Assist the leader in completing the preliminary creative work of company projects, and lead the completion of creative ideation, execution, and post-design production.
• Provide professional visual performance support to ensure efficient and high-quality completion of work.
• Cooperate and coordinate internal resources of the company, and communicate with other collaborating departments on demand tasks.
• Create design content including VI, online activities, offline exhibition materials, and creative design of print advertising.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a Web3 or tech-focused environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand design, promotional materials, and creative execution.
• Ability to lead creative projects from ideation to completion.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Understanding of both online and offline design requirements, including print and digital media.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Web3, blockchain, or related industries.
• Knowledge of motion graphics or 3D design is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines.
