We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Community and Content Specialist. This role involves managing our international presence and ensuring effective communication across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for English translation and editing of relevant documents to maintain high-quality content standards
- Manage and execute daily operations for overseas media platforms including Twitter, Medium, Telegram, and Discord
- Engage with community users, gather feedback, and establish efficient communication channels between the community and internal teams
- Plan and coordinate operational activities to enhance community engagement and platform growth
- Monitor platform performance and user engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align community initiatives with company objectives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in community management or digital marketing
- Native or near-native proficiency in English with excellent writing and editing skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and community engagement strategies
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with analytics tools to track and measure community engagement
