Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Strategist to lead DELV's digital presence across multiple platforms. This role requires a creative thinker who can blend strategic planning with hands-on execution to elevate our brand in the Web3/DeFi space.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategize: Own DELV’s presence on social channels including X/Twitter, Farcaster, Discord, Telegram, and YouTube.
- Listen: Drive Social Listening and Market Research using tools like Twitter/X, Discord, Telegram to identify content trends.
- Identify Trends: Monitor DeFi/Web3 community trends to find engagement opportunities for brand integration.
- Write: Craft expressive, engaging social media copy with distinctive brand voice.
- Host: Organize and host regular Twitter Spaces with internal teams and DeFi thought leaders.
- Engage: Represent DELV in organic conversations about brand awareness and crypto/DeFi developments.
- Research: Oversee end-to-end social processes from planning to reporting.
- Report: Track metrics, analyze performance, and implement optimizations.
- Support: Address community inquiries and clarify confusion in real-time.
- Experiment: Test innovative approaches to boost audience engagement.
- Target: Develop audience-specific strategies to engage partners and attract new advocates.
- Lead: Leverage past community-building experience to overcome challenges.
- Evaluate: Continuously assess evolving social trends through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will have 3+ years experience in social media management, preferably in Web3/DeFi. You should demonstrate:
- Deep understanding of crypto culture and community dynamics
- Proven ability to grow engaged online communities
- Exceptional writing skills with ability to adapt tone for different platforms
- Data-driven approach to content strategy and performance measurement
- Flexibility to work across time zones in a fast-paced environment
