Job Description
This role focuses on developing and expanding a comprehensive paid media experimentation framework across multiple channels including creatives, search engine optimization (SEO), and landing page optimization. The candidate will be responsible for managing strategic marketing partner relationships, overseeing channel experimentation initiatives, and ensuring spend accountability through data-driven decision-making. Key responsibilities involve end-to-end management of new media partnerships to achieve measurable business growth, while also contributing to integrated campaign development from strategic planning to execution and performance measurement. The position requires ideation, testing, and iterative optimization of growth strategies through paid acquisition, retargeting, and product optimization efforts across web and native-app platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a robust paid media experimentation approach across creatives, search engine optimization (SEO), and landing page optimization to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Job Requirements
- Proven expertise in paid media experimentation, including A/B testing, creative development, and optimization techniques across digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies to enhance campaign performance.
- Experience managing strategic marketing partnerships, with a focus on channel experimentation, budget allocation, and ROI optimization.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data from dashboards, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies for user experience refinement.
