Job Description
This role focuses on developing and expanding a comprehensive paid media experimentation framework across multiple channels including creatives, search engine optimization (SEO), and landing page optimization. The candidate will be responsible for managing strategic marketing partner relationships, overseeing channel experimentation initiatives, and ensuring spend accountability through data-driven decision-making. Key responsibilities involve end-to-end management of new media partnerships to achieve measurable business growth, while also contributing to integrated campaign development from strategic planning to execution and performance measurement. The position requires ideation, testing, and iterative optimization of growth strategies through paid acquisition, retargeting, and product optimization efforts across web and native-app platforms. Additionally, the individual will continuously explore new channels, creatives, and innovative ideas to enhance experimentation, optimization, and acquisition growth. Collaboration with data dashboards is essential to refine user experience and conduct in-depth key metrics research. The role also entails identifying acquisition, retention, and commercial opportunities by analyzing data, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a robust paid media experimentation approach across creatives, search engine optimization (SEO), and landing page optimization to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage strategic marketing partner relationships, ensuring seamless collaboration, channel experimentation, and spend accountability to align with business objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end management of new media partnerships, driving measurable growth through strategic planning, execution, and performance analysis.
  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns from strategy formulation to execution, with a focus on performance measurement and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct ideation, testing, and iterative optimization of growth strategies via paid acquisition, retargeting, and product optimization across web and native-app channels.
  • Explore and evaluate emerging channels, creatives, and innovative ideas to enhance experimentation, optimization, and acquisition growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with data dashboards to refine user experience, analyze key metrics, and conduct in-depth research to inform strategic decisions.
  • Identify and prioritize acquisition, retention, and commercial opportunities by leveraging data insights, industry trends, and competitive intelligence.
Job Requirements
  • Proven expertise in paid media experimentation, including A/B testing, creative development, and optimization techniques across digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies to enhance campaign performance.
  • Experience managing strategic marketing partnerships, with a focus on channel experimentation, budget allocation, and ROI optimization.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret data from dashboards, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies for user experience refinement.
  • Ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including strategy formulation, brief creation, and performance tracking across multiple channels.
  • Proficiency in paid acquisition strategies, retargeting campaigns, and product optimization tactics to drive sustainable growth.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners on growth initiatives.
  • Knowledge of competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for acquisition, retention, and commercial expansion.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and performance metrics tracking to support decision-making and strategic planning.
