Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as an External Operations Specialist for our Web3 initiatives. This role will be responsible for driving the platform's external operations strategy and fostering key partnerships in the blockchain ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall external operations strategy for the platform's Web3 initiatives
- Conduct external business communications and establish cooperative relationships with public blockchains, other platforms, and key opinion leaders (KOLs)
- Execute growth activities and effectively utilize task platform tools to drive platform adoption
- Conduct roadshows and demonstrate in-depth understanding of projects to potential partners and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Web3 space
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or external operations within the blockchain/Web3 industry
- Strong network within the blockchain ecosystem, including public chains and KOLs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand and articulate complex Web3 concepts to various stakeholders
- Experience in organizing and executing growth activities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with task platform tools and growth hacking techniques
- Willingness to travel for roadshows and business meetings as needed
