Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to oversee the overall marketing strategy for our product. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand awareness, driving user engagement, and ensuring the product's long-term market success.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to establish strong brand positioning in users' minds through effective brand management, marketing planning, and media/public relations initiatives
  • Implement diverse marketing and operational approaches including social media campaigns, community building, and KOL collaborations to drive user acquisition and organic growth
  • Create and optimize product commercialization models and sales strategies while being accountable for the product's revenue performance
  • Focus on improving new user acquisition, user quality metrics, market reputation, and sustaining long-term market popularity for the product
  • Analyze market trends and user feedback to continuously refine marketing approaches and maximize campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and customer support to ensure cohesive brand messaging
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing or brand management
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including social media and influencer marketing
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and user metrics
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
