Job Description
This role is responsible for driving the company's brand marketing and public relations initiatives, while formulating and executing growth and commercialization strategies to achieve user base expansion and revenue targets. The candidate will leverage analytical tools to interpret industry trends and user needs, translating insights into actionable product and user operation strategies. They will also focus on optimizing user conversion processes, including new user acquisition, active user retention, and re-engagement of lost users. Additionally, the individual will establish and maintain a robust data system for growth, product, and user analysis, and develop third-party ecological strategies to strengthen strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead comprehensive brand marketing and public relations efforts to enhance the company's market presence and reputation.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring measurable progress toward user base and revenue goals.
  • Conduct in-depth industry and user research using analytical methods, and convert findings into practical product and user operation plans.
  • Identify and optimize critical user conversion touchpoints, with a focus on improving new user onboarding, retaining active users, and reactivating lost users.
  • Build and manage a data-driven system for growth tracking, product performance analysis, and user behavior insights, supporting continuous optimization through experimentation and iteration.
  • Formulate and execute third-party ecological strategies, including partnership development and relationship maintenance to foster collaboration and mutual growth.
Job Requirements
  • Proven expertise in brand marketing and public relations, with a history of successful campaign execution and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills to design and deliver growth initiatives that meet business targets.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities to evaluate market data, user behavior, and industry trends, and apply insights to strategy development.
  • Experience in user acquisition, retention, and re-engagement strategies, with a track record of improving conversion rates and user lifecycle metrics.
  • Technical proficiency in data system design, including tools for data collection, analysis, and visualization, to support growth and product optimization.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and external partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to present strategies, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive organizational change.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, SEO/SEM, and social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and user engagement.
  • Experience in agile project management and iterative testing to refine strategies based on real-time feedback and performance data.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively across international markets and local operations.
