Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BGB Operations/Head to lead the development and optimization of the BGB ecosystem. This role will focus on enhancing the platform's operational efficiency, expanding BGB's utility, and driving long-term value growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and improve the BGB ecosystem on the platform by identifying and optimizing operational product issues
- Enrich BGB equity content and increase BGG coin holding users through strategic expansion of BGB application scope
- Develop innovative deflation, destruction, and circulation mechanisms to enhance BGB's long-term value proposition
- Leverage Web3 ecosystem and decentralized wallet integrations to amplify BGB's market influence
- Analyze market trends and user behavior to inform strategic decisions regarding BGB's development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement BGB-related initiatives and improvements
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in cryptocurrency operations, preferably with exchange tokens or platform ecosystems
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology, token economics, and Web3 applications
- Strong analytical skills with ability to identify and solve operational product issues
- Experience in designing token utility models and incentive mechanisms
- Excellent strategic thinking and project management capabilities
- Ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams
- Passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain innovation
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience managing exchange token ecosystems
- Background in product management or business development in crypto space
- Familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols and applications
- Strong network within the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry
