Job Description
As a Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of regional business operations through strategic planning, execution, and optimization. This role requires a deep understanding of platform dynamics and user behavior to design and implement effective event-based strategies that align with business objectives. Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive event plans tailored to specific market segments, monitoring performance metrics, and continuously refining operational approaches to enhance user engagement, retention, and transaction volume. You will also lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution of activities across design, product, and research teams, while maintaining a consistent brand tone and delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute event planning strategies based on platform characteristics and user demographics, ensuring alignment with business goals such as customer acquisition, activation, retention, and volume growth.
  • Oversee the implementation of regional activities, coordinating with design, product, and R&D teams to ensure seamless execution and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor and analyze activity performance data, identifying trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization to improve operational efficiency and user engagement metrics.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence analysis to benchmark industry practices, refine activity templates, and enhance platform competitiveness through innovative operational strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align operational initiatives with broader business strategies, ensuring cohesive execution and measurable outcomes.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in event planning and operations management, preferably in the digital or e-commerce industry, with a track record of achieving business growth targets.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights, with proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI platforms for operational analysis.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities to manage cross-functional teams and ensure alignment between operational goals and business strategies.
