Job Description
This position is responsible for driving the strategic expansion of our business operations nationwide. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying growth opportunities, developing scalable solutions, and implementing initiatives that enhance market penetration and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless execution of expansion plans while maintaining alignment with company goals and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of operational expansion strategies to achieve national growth targets
- Conduct market analysis to identify optimal regions for business expansion and resource allocation
- Coordinate with regional managers to establish standardized processes across all operational units
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure supply chain logistics support expansion efforts
- Oversee the implementation of technology solutions that enable scalable operations
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate expansion initiatives
- Monitor performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of expansion strategies
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with scaling operations across diverse markets

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or business expansion
- Proven track record of successfully scaling operations in multiple regions or markets
- Strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and process optimization
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and develop strategic insights
- Proficiency in project management methodologies for large-scale operational initiatives
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Experience with cross-functional team collaboration and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards for national operations
- Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor and develop operational teams
- Excellent communication skills for presenting expansion strategies to executive leadership
- Proficiency in using business intelligence tools for data-driven decision making

- Experience with budget planning and financial forecasting for expansion projects

Qualifications
We are seeking a highly motivated professional with a bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field. Advanced degree or MBA is a plus. Must have experience in managing operations across multiple regions or countries. Strong understanding of business strategy and market expansion principles. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Must be proficient in using operational management software and data analysis tools. Demonstrated success in driving growth through operational improvements. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and risk management practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage complex projects. Must have a proven track record of achieving business objectives through strategic planning and execution.
