Key Responsibilities

- Design, plan, and implement Onchain trading products, including spot trading, index products, derivatives, and other specialized trading varieties, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.
- Develop and execute detailed project plans for new trading products, coordinating with engineering, compliance, and operations teams to deliver on-time, high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product operations to drive business growth, optimize user engagement, and enhance trading product performance through continuous iteration and feedback loops.
- Utilize advanced analytical tools and methodologies to monitor industry trends, assess competitive landscapes, and refine product strategies based on data-driven insights.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in product management or trading product development within the blockchain or fintech industry, with a strong track record of successful launches.

- Strong understanding of trading mechanisms, including spot, derivatives, and index products, and their implementation on blockchain platforms.
