Job Description
As an Investor Relations Manager, you will play a key role in managing the company's relationships with investors and venture capital firms. Your primary focus will be to support the company's financing and capital needs through effective communication and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with venture capital firms and other investors
- Develop and implement investor relations strategies to support the company's financing needs
- Communicate the company's financial performance, growth strategies, and investment opportunities to potential investors
- Organize and participate in investor meetings, roadshows, and presentations
- Prepare investor materials including presentations, reports, and other communication documents
- Monitor and analyze market trends and investor feedback to provide strategic insights
- Coordinate with internal teams including finance, legal, and executive management on investor-related matters
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, or related field
- Strong understanding of financial markets and venture capital ecosystem
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and key stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with technology startups or high-growth companies
- Existing network of venture capital contacts in the industry
- MBA or CFA certification is a plus
