Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field
- 1-2 years experience in market analysis, valuation or related area
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of real estate or project valuation is a plus
