Job Description
This role is pivotal in driving global brand visibility and product promotion through strategic media partnerships. The ideal candidate will actively seek out and cultivate relationships with targeted independent media sources, including podcasters, influencers, and traditional media outlets. They will also oversee the planning and execution of diverse marketing initiatives, such as live Q&A sessions and podcast content, to engage audiences effectively. Additionally, the position requires comprehensive management of bounty campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination from concept development to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with key independent media partners, including podcasters, influencers, and media outlets, to strategically promote our products and corporate brand on a global scale. This involves researching potential collaborators, establishing long-term partnerships, and maintaining consistent communication to ensure alignment with our marketing goals.
- Plan and execute a variety of marketing events, such as regular live Q&A sessions and podcast content, to create engaging audience experiences. This includes developing event concepts, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality delivery that reflects our brand values.
- Oversee end-to-end management of bounty campaigns, from initial ideation to final execution. This requires monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data for optimization, and ensuring timely delivery of results to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align media strategies with overall marketing initiatives, ensuring cohesive messaging and maximum impact.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging media platforms to identify new opportunities for brand promotion and innovation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in media relations, digital marketing, or brand promotion, with a proven track record in managing international campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, analytics software, campaign management systems) and a strong understanding of content creation and distribution strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate brand value propositions to diverse stakeholders and media partners.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Fluency in English and additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French, Mandarin) is a plus, especially for global media outreach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
- Experience with influencer marketing, podcast production, or event management is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and social media analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
