Job Description
As a Marketing Assistant (Content), you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand visibility and driving engagement through strategic content initiatives. This position focuses on creating and managing content that aligns with our global marketing goals, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms. Key Responsibilities
  • Produce high-quality, engaging newsletters that highlight our products and services, with a focus on boosting brand awareness and customer engagement globally.
  • Design and implement automation workflows across communication channels such as email marketing platforms and Telegram, ensuring seamless user experiences and efficient content delivery.
  • Collaborate with the marketing lead to develop and refine content distribution strategies, including the planning, creation, and scheduling of content for optimal reach and impact.
  • Execute social media strategies by managing content calendars, coordinating with cross-functional teams for content creation, and automating publication processes where appropriate.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of content campaigns to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of all content-related tasks, adhering to deadlines and maintaining alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of content themes and messaging frameworks that resonate with our target audience across different regions and cultures.
  • Support the creation of multilingual content where necessary, ensuring accessibility and relevance to international markets.
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to ensure cohesive and visually appealing content assets for all marketing channels.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in content creation, preferably in marketing or communications, with a strong portfolio of newsletters, social media posts, or other digital content.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and persuasive messaging tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or other email automation platforms, as well as social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Strong understanding of content distribution strategies, including SEO best practices, audience segmentation, and analytics tools for tracking engagement metrics.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of graphic design principles and the ability to collaborate with designers to create visually engaging content assets.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of content across all channels.
  • Basic understanding of social media algorithms and platform-specific best practices to maximize content reach and engagement.
  • Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills (e.g., Spanish, French, Mandarin) being a plus for international content localization.
  • Ability to analyze data from content campaigns and provide clear, actionable recommendations to improve performance and ROI.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage content calendars, track deadlines, and maintain consistency in brand messaging.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal is preferred.
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices, including subject line optimization, personalization techniques, and A/B testing.
  • Ability to adapt content strategies to different regions, cultures, and market requirements while maintaining brand consistency.
