Job Description
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of marketing strategies for the Meet48 platform and IDOL IPs in the Southeast Asia (SEA) region. This role involves a mix of strategic planning, creative execution, and performance analysis to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Meet48 platform and IDOL IPs in the SEA region.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and key market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising.
- Manage and maintain social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Create compelling marketing collaterals, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating promotional events, including product launches, press conferences, and fan meetings.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to the marketing team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and recommend innovative marketing strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the entertainment or digital platform industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in a SEA language is a plus.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and campaign performance.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills.
