Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Lead to spearhead and execute our marketing initiatives with a hands-on approach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing go-to-market strategies for Televerse across global markets, while building and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and communities to drive partnership growth within & without the TON ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Marketing Initiatives: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies with a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Go-to-Market Strategies: Design and implement effective go-to-market plans for Televerse across various global markets.
- Partnership Management: Cultivate and enhance relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), projects, and communities to secure new partnerships and expand the partnership program.
- Community Management: Strategically structure, manage, and scale community presence through diverse local social media channels.
- Industry Research: Conduct thorough research on TON ecosystem trends to identify and collaborate with leading projects.
- Business Engagement: Drive business engagement and foster growth within the TON ecosystem by identifying and developing new partnership opportunities.
- User Feedback and Trend Analysis: Evaluate industry trends and gather user feedback to inform future enhancements of the platform.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing leadership roles with a track record of successful campaign execution.
- Strong understanding of global markets and ability to adapt strategies to different regions.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with experience in KOL and community management.
- Ability to analyze market trends and user feedback to drive strategic decisions.
- Experience in the blockchain or TON ecosystem is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution.
