Job Description
The Marketing Lead for South Korea will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy in the region. This role involves close collaboration with Marketing Leads across Asia and North America to ensure alignment with global marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will drive local initiatives while maintaining consistency with the company's overall brand and messaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead the South Korean marketing strategy in collaboration with our other Marketing Leads in Asia and North America
- Manage projects across marketing to ensure they are prioritized, on track, and delivered on time
- Organize local events in regional markets to enhance brand presence and engagement
- Monitor market trends, research markets, user insights and competitors' activities and incorporate these into an overall marketing strategy
- Analyze and track marketing performance to measure effectiveness and ROI
- Coordinate logistics and assist with operations for marketing projects to ensure smooth execution
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of the South Korean market and consumer behavior
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and performance metrics
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in Korean and English, both written and verbal
